Today I was looking in trending category in #introduceyourself tag and came to know that some posts on Steemit getting more attention without verification and good content.
So when I look in to my introduction post, I can say that I have posted some good content with verification of my photo & Video with holding my handwritten paper sheet as per Steemit Beginner's Guide.
But I did not get much attention on my post!
So in this post I want to share my introduction post & some profiles which I found in trending without verification, which may be fake or no worth.
Just curious to know this.

Hello Steemit,
I am Raviraj from INDIA and joined Steemit today so Introducing Myself to Steemit Community.
As I am new, I just read " Read The Beginner's Guide" and came to know that everybody should verify their account on steemit to reduce fraud and people impersonating well known figures. So as per guideline, here I want to give my introduction with verification by posting my photo & video which showing me holding my handwritten paper sheet with my name, my steemit username and date of joining. Also I have set my Youtube video link in my profile which is linked to my own Youtube channel.

Now I want to say something about myself:
I am now 38 years old and doing my own business.
I am web designer/developer and also doing web promotion for some affiliate networks. I love to be on internet to find some new creative things and work on them.
I completed my education on year 2001 from Saurashtra University (Gujarat) India.
I believe in to struggle to do new and creative things because to WIN in any of subject, you need to develop your strengths to get success.
My hobbies are to watch movies, listen music, traveling, visiting new places and love to do my work.
I belong to an Indian Rajput family, here are some of my photos which I want to share are clicked recently on one of my cousin's cultural wedding.
I am a web designer, so I have developed some knowledge of HTML/PHP and content writing. I will try to be active and post some good content on my Steemit blog page.
Also will follow some of great steemit bloggers who really are doing well by posting good articles, I will try to learn from them to work on steemit.
So I need some support from my senior Steemit Community members to survive here.

May be I am thinking wrong way, so I am asking my senior Steemainians to guide me regarding this with their comments because I am new here.
Also some new comers like me can also understand the worth and purpose for verification on steemit by this post.

Hi @raviraj,
I can relate to your feeling of frustration due to not getting the attention your articles deserve, especially when you are consistently producing good quality, original content like you have been doing so far. This is a problem many of us minnows face constantly, since we are new, not well-known and usually have very little Steem Power.
However, to succeed in Steemit as a newcomer, you need to be very patient, dedicated and grow a thick skin resistant to frustration. It will probably take a while before you start making a little money or good feedback for your articles. I advice against comparing yourself to others because that only leads to bitterness; as you might have noticed, in Steemit as in life, rewards are not distributed in a fair way, and this is reflected by the amount of half-assed, error-ridden, content poor articles that get big rewards while lots of other interesting, well written and original pieces just fall into the oblivion because they don't reach the right audience, getting lost in the constant stream of new posts.
However, keep producing good content so people who arrive in you profile will see that you post quality stuff and will follow you and support your efforts. That's how I became your follower :-)

I don't think verification is so important, what you say and do matters not how you look and what picture you post.
Any profile here can be fake, the fact that you posted picture means only that you posted picture it doesn't mean that you are not fake, that is why we have passports and other ids not just a picture, I am not saying you are fake but people just overestimate importance of pictures.

Saluton Raviraj, welcome on board. You are a honest truth seeker. Where money is involved, things become often foggy. Crypto currencies where intended to bring clarity, but the structures like steemit are still not clear. Steem on and if you can improve this platform.
