I'm one of those people that loath flagging. I'm going to start warning people to stop this behavior and I'd like to post a link along with my warning regarding steemit etiquette.
Does anyone have an easy to read article explaining proper behavior on steemit for non english readers?
After my warning I will start flagging the individual for spamming, posting their content links on other people's comment section.
