Not saying its not. It will be interesting to see how this develops. I know we cant keep any information illegal forever - if an AI ever sees anything which is illegal to portrait, the memory itself would be illegal. Heck, if i transfered my mind to a machine the memories of my teens would be illegal as i didnt just start having sex at the age of 18. I understand why some data might be illegal, but in the end its not the data that is the problem, if anything its the fact that it occoured in the first place to have data about it.
