What Is Neo and why it is a long term best investment you can make now ? Neo is Antshares. Antshares announced on June 22, 2017 that it planned to rebrand itself to NEO Smart Contract Economy in the following months. On August 8, 2017 it declared the process is complete all with updated official sites, documentation, social media handles and the network nodes.
NEO is still widely considered “China’s Ethereum” because it, like Ethereum, is aiming to build a platform on which other DApps or Decentralized Applications could be built by letting users execute smart contract code on their Blockchain. In fact, the first ICO on the NEO blockchain Red Pulse Token (RPX) was announced soon after the rebranding finished. But due the China regulations start was prolonged. And it is not so bad overall.
One advantage that NEO has over Ethereum is that it supports most advanced programming languages like C++, Java and Python whereas Ethereum has its own programming language called Solidity which could take a while to learn for new developers. So that means that most of the programmers can jump right in. So we have millions of developers who can do the applications on this blockchain.
NEO Coin have gone thru a lot of things lately . All Those China ICO Suspension, China. It was a very big thing to overcome for the project that haven't made anything. But as you can see in a chart it have it support on 20 $ and it won't go down it. So we can easy say that, it have survived all the bad news coming for NEO.
There are much more for NEO. NEO is working towards collaboration with China Government. So they are Legal in every aspect. And in a long term it is very important. Cause all the world will eventually go in that direction, and China was first. Cointelegraph.com Post:

NEO Gave The information what is going to happen to NEO the next day after ICO Suspension in China, and it is very good speed at witch to work. Plus they made first ICO refund, witch is first time with ICO's, were people had possibility of getting refund.
And as a bonus you get is POS (Prof of Stake) system were everyone who is holding NEO in wallets will get GAS. And it is sooo easy to do that, you have to do nothing just HODL . No skills required. This is my wallet of NEO. So i have bought NEO also, as i believe it is going up in long term.
So The prediction would be 120 $ before Summer 2018. And it is not the optimistic one. As the Devs and technology under the NEO really shows perspectives for usage. And it is China based platform with willingness of collaboration with government witch is really a a future for cryptocurrency.
