1/2 kg> beef
1 stem> lemongrass
5 BC> sweet soy sauce
2 cups> water
to taste> salt & sugar
3 BC> cooking oil for sauteing
spices:
10 pieces> red curly pink + 10 red pepper
7 cloves> red onion
3 cloves> garlic
1/2 piece> terasi abc
1 segment> ginger
5 eggs> candlenut
Step
Cut meat, square and slightly thin or tastefully
Heat oil .. sauté seasoning smp smoothed odorless
Enter the meat, lemongrass and soy sauce..aduk2 smp stiff meat
Enter the water..aduk2 flat. Let stand smp boiling .. small fire ..
Enter salt & granulated sugar .. smp soft meat smbl occasionally stirring ..
Add water lg if the meat is soft blm..masak soft meat and water sdh almost hbs / asat .. taste test (add seasoning if likes)
Lift..will be served.
