Jerry, I have been watching you do well here very fast, I have asked this question to other smaller youtubers with no success maybe you can answer this for me. I have a channel with 10k subs, how can I convert some of them to steemit? How can I get them to join something like an affiliate and actually commit. I have made the videos and no luck. I have explained the incentives and benefits but maybe 2-3 people have bitten. My channel is on beauty, health and fitness. The reason they love me is because I never asked them for anything, they have told me. Meaning go to my FB or Twitter click this click that.

That's a tough position. So many people are pinching pennies these days, it can be refreshing just to get away from ads and hard sells. Unfortunately, it's getting harder and harder for content creators to survive on platforms like YouTube, unless they are VERY large.
I'm no expert, as I have never achieved what you are attempting. However, I'd suggest you may need to create a very short, but heartfelt pitch, for your content that you can deliver at the midpoint or near the end. It would need to explain that, due to demands on your budget and time, you fear you may be unable to maintain your posting quality and frequency unless some supporters follow your other platforms. You hate to have to ask for it, but at least you are looking for only professed support, not direct financial support.
The cold and callous bottom line is reasonable holdouts will just skip over your pitch. You will only truly lose those that were never there to produce any value, but only to take.
Good luck!
Thanks for replying @lexiconical I never used youtube as a source of income I only make about 400-500$ a month there from ad revenue. I wouldn't ask but I know I could because I haven't asked my followers for anything, ever. But what good is it if lets say I do get them to sign up to, let say hashrate or genesis and they don't even invest. You see what mean its pointless. At least if I get them to sign up to steemit it helps out the community and since most of them like to comment maybe I can convert their comments here. I don't have the technical know how to convert sales, I tried that back in the day with splash and squeeze pages but it never worked for me. Some ppl are naturals at it hence Jerry he is a great pitch man. I use that term with the highest respect. I will do my best either way. Thanks
