There are many poorer schools and clubs around the world, and besides the obvious disadvantage of poor facilities and equipment, there athletes also generally do not have the same opportunities to be seen and discovered. By making the journey more transparent and involving real athletes that made it to the highest level, one can use the power of role modeling, combined with more ways to see the amazing talent these athletes have that goes to waste as well. That is very exciting. The sports world is one of those where a very few control the flows of money and gets to decided who makes it and who does not .... I think that is a space ready for the disruption that Crypto can bring. If you can do it in a way that everyone wins, well besides for some individuals that milks the system, everyone wins.
