Hello @Shanu,@angelro, @ainie.kashif:
Translation of my recipe for my beloved group:
I will follow the pattern of posting blogs here in both languages. I want them full.
cooking a dish in 20 minutes / sautéed zucchini.
It's super simple friends the ingredients:
01 Ration of vegetable stir-fries (Here is the link of my recipe)
https://steemit.com/spanish/@rvag5/picadillo-para-aderezo-de-rvag5
01 Medium Calabacin
Spices: Thyme, Ginger, Cumin, English Sauce and Salt.
Preparation:
peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, and chop it in julienne
reheat in a pan with oil, sofrito, and add the zucchini.
- Add the spices, put a little water if you think it is very dry, cover and leave to cook for fifteen to 20 minutes.
- Ready to serve, you can accompany it with rice, make a wrap, or eat with bread.

In my case I put a bit of cheese to accompany, which seems a quick recipe that serves for lunch or dinner.
