Don't give up, just do what you like, I have been here for a year now, and don't see those big pay-outs, but by just continuing, I now have over 10000 steem, which in my books is quite a bit. But imagine the value of steem goes to $100, then I have a lot of money. In the mean time, I just like posting and don't really worry about what I get, although I must admit getting a high value post is very nice. (I see this post is on$19.00 where will you get this money anywhere else for posting?)

I'm certainly not giving up by any means, but I did notice the rewards have decreased by a lot...even since I joined in early June. I went from making over $100 on some posts to struggling for $20. I imagine you were making much more when you started a year ago...
At any rate, it's money I didn't have before, so it's all good. :)
