Since you're new to the community,
make a post with sample of the jobs you've done, maybe 3 or 4 different post,
Do free work for one or two people and let them pay you whatever they feel you deserve to be paid
Once you've gained trust and you're known, you can start adding your normal charge and if it's good and affordable then boooooooooooom
