As a newbie who often left in unnoticed zone,I propose that a Helsing vampire killer is a very much needed concept.
I saw a lot of so called whales here posting something unworthy and accumulating steems within minutes..At the same time many unsung heroes are here standing at the bottom of crypto mountain..They are pushed back for any attempts made by them to climb up the ladder..Though hypothetical,Your concept is the one I eulogize for its morale!

There are many reasons they appear in Trending that go beyond the post itself. Often but not unanimously, they spend a great deal of their time making this platform better for all which means judging based on their individual posts is a limited tool.
