I think I started following you because you posted a video of your music. The flood of pictures is not my thing.
I'm not the one who unfollowed you, but I can identify.
I don't know how typical a Steemit user I am, but I've got many accounts I'm following and only a few minutes a day to look at my feed. If an account is posting more than once a day I can't keep up. Even then I only read about 10% of the content in my feed.
Got to look for content-dense posts to click on or I don't get anything out of it.
Yes it's best to pace yourself give people time to digest. Keep it steemy and steady but 1 or 2 per day tops is what I hear recommended. Also, be selective with your resteems because all those go into the feed of all your subscribers. The site doesn't have tools to filter the home/feed so it can be hard sorting through everything if you are following 100 plus steemians. Check out @jerrybanfield he has a lot of good advice for newbies like us!
