How do upvotes matter ? Why some 300+upvotes got $30 revenue while other 5 upvote posts got $5 ?
Seeems weird.
I've been wondering, what's the catch ? upvotes dont matter so much, so what does ? Upvoter's rep or steempower ?

Upvotes apply R-shares to a post. The amount of r-shares from the vote depends on Steem Power. People with more Steem Power effectively have 'bigger votes'.
