As someone who posts both good and bad content, because I'm learning, I think it's more so up to the individual content creator. Also, you got people who think they're continuously creating good stuff. When their "good stuff" goes nowhere they become disheartened and stop putting in effort. I experience it daily on here. I can write a bullshit 10 minute piece on Steemit and but some quick bucks or I can spend a fair few hours writing some articulate master piece and get fuck all. Right now it doesn't pay to write good content and that's the truth. Until content can be fairly displayed, people will keep playing the game.
