Treat it like a job if you are serious about making money on here. The bare requirements would be meeting what the OP just posted.

Maximize your posts, 4 posts per day
Upvote until you get 80% voting power then let it regenerate. Vote smart though
Comment doesn't use up your 4 posts per day, so comment a lot and comment with good thoughts.
