Thanks for understanding my situation @jacksondavies.
As you now I’m not doing any job right now. Being in a family I need to spend time with them, sometime when guests are home or there is family outing. Then it gets little hard to catch up all things which I have missing during this time. Steemit is time comsuming and other sites are too. I have to go through all these. I cannt give dedicated time to my passion. I spend time on my passion whenever i get time. I will soon setup my time for my work life soon. But right now, I’m not taking stress and enjoying it. Thanks a lot @jacksondavies for your suggestion. Stay happy and blessed! Steem on!😊👍

@shanu, Yes indeed family life and work life is important and can't be ignored. I'm a morning person so now it it is 00h31, I just got up now I will be catching up on some stemmit... So let me motivate you and encourage you to follow your dreams. Don't use family or work time, but make some extra time.

@rlt47: thanks for motivating me always. U are idealistic person. I should learn from you lot of things. I do get time in night mostly. So, I try to make most of it. Time management is first to key to success. I also want to write everyday, but I’m not able to do that. I need to work on it. Thank you @rlt47 for encouraging me do my best everyday. Take care and have a pleasant day!😊

You're right, steemit is definitely time consuming.
But we still have to figure out a way to make time for it.
ON THE TOPIC
Yes @jacksondavies, because we should also encourage and praise other work too by reading their post and commenting on it. Only then we can be successful on steemit. I got so many nice friends on steemit. Spending time on steemit is worth.😊

Definitely.
Something as simple as telling an author that he did a good job with his piece, might be all he/she needs to uplift his/her day.
Authors spend so much time and energy crafting their work.
A little bit of appreciation evey now and then goes a long way.
