assuming you read this i have a few questions on the mechanics

i see a few posts not coming trough within a three hour window so i'm wondering

is your service random ? does it exclude certain posts do you have a maximum number of entries per account or "to" account within a certain timeframe.

if i can understand the mechanics i can make sure no fee is lost

if it's random then its quite useless to me. Please respond at your leisure, i will refrain from making further upvote requests until solved and / or answered,
