I dont think its about envy or jelousy, its about there being a fixed amount of blogging rewards to be given per day. Some posters are getting a wildly disproportionate amount of that fixed amount, for low quality content... and yeah, thats something that should be addressed.
If you really want to end the bad feelings, the solution is to address the problem, not cover it up.
