RE: Some FAVOURITES from my @steemitbloggers FAMILY #4

No, by the time I had finished writing the post, I had been able to put things in the right perspective again :0)
One of my personal struggles is that I have the tendency to keep everything to myself. Keep it in my head and turn it around and around until it becomes a huge 'thing'.
Fighting my way back up after suffering from a depression, one of the things I'm trying to teach myself is to simply say what's on my mind or how I feel about things, especially when it's not a positive thing.
And I must say, it's kind of a relief to just be able to spit it out and move on. :0)

I TOTALLY relate @simplymike! sometimes (in fact, MANY times) being in your head is the worst place to be lol! And it is indeed a huge relief to offload. I have found that writing has helped me a great deal with that! Well, I am glad that you are doing and feeling better about it all round xoxoxoxox

Me too ;0)

I am sure ;) hehe
