My long term goal is i want to be a professional adviser to people help out from their problem..because i like to help everyone..

That is a good goal you have set for yourself. When you help others, You are actually helping yourself. It's like pointing one finger to a person. The other four fingers is actual pointing back to you. I love helping others in my capacity and not even beyond what I am capable of just to impress others.
