That's one of the best ideas relating to Steemit that I have heard in quite a while.
There could be a separate text box under the one used for writing the article where you can add/edit your signature, and a tick box next to it that decides whether you want to use if for any given post.
I would quite like to draw up a digitally manipulated image of how that would look to present to the community if you don't mind. I will credit you for the idea.
I feel if enough people see it presented well, we could get a witness or someone to make it a reality.
I have to open up a word document and copy paste a code every time I get to the end of my post, which is a couple of minutes that could have been used more productively.
I'm happy to see someone use the idea. It's a common thing on forums. They sometimes have the option to hide signatures. I have a note on Google Keep where I keep such things to copy into posts.
I didn't know that. All the more reason that it ought to be on here though. I will whip something up and provide a link back to your profile, explaining that the idea spawned from a comment of yours.
Hopefully that will quicken the process of it getting implemented.
Cool. Happy to help
I mocked an image up. You can see what it might look like here.
Thanks again for getting the ideas flowing.
