Wim Hof (Iceman)
To be able to unlock things past our understanding it all starts with our breathing. This man starts to show us the scratches on the surface of what's possible. He's climbed to 6.7 kilometers altitude on Mount Everest, stayed immersed in ice for 1 hour 52 minutes and 42 seconds, reached the top of Mount Kilimanjaro in his shorts within two days, and much more. All of this done by consciously hyperventilating to be able to control his heart rate, adrenaline levels and blood alkalinity.
Hof claims the passing of his wife (from suicide) lead him to search for answers. The cold made him face the pain and understand it.
