Cool! Been thinking it would be neat to do a pole shoot (carefully as to not get tetanus lol) in one of these types of spaces. Did you have to get permission or how does this kind of thing work?
Yeah you have to be careful in these types of spaces. First check to see if the building contains asbestos, because if it does you need to take precautions with masks and clothing.
Second find out who owns the property and if it is patrolled by law enforcement. This area that I photographed is actually owned by the state parks and entering a building is considered tresspassing. Just take caution. It would still be an awesome place to see your pole shoot!
ahhh that makes sense, I really had no idea how to even start looking into using a location like that! I don't think we can pole in the asbestos - it would probably not be a great idea :P Can't wait to see what you guys came up with!
