No it should not be, the stemit.com site uses the steemit node and most bot programmers either use their own node or some of the RPCs made by witnesses (because the steemit node gives too many time outs for bot operation)
So there is no influence, maybe not very proficient coders use the main node but then they have inconsistent bots.
