One last thing. The most important tool (imo), is Steem Whales because it allows you to visualize all the data, including whose account is the largest, who has earned the most Steem from blogging, and who has the most followers. You see, everyone's wallet is viewable to everyone. So, even though Steem doesn't care about your personal data (meaning unlike Facebook which wants to all your private data), it cares about transparency, so all your financial transactions are visible and can be investigated by anyone. Everyone knows who sends money to whom, so in this way some fraud cases can be uncovered.
