As long as a certain scammer continues to scam people in his real life, i will continue to flag. Rewards should not be given to those who do excessive harm to others.
The content wars will continue on as long as the algorithm stays the same.

Harming others is a form of abuse, and should be flagged. However, if someone's committing harm elsewhere, they've not committed any wrong doing here. It would seem more suitable if you were to prove that yourself, and pull votes away. There's no sense in trying to combat the people who support that person, instead you should make a point for why they should not support that person.
