I believe perhaps the real change that is needed lies in the whale's and orca's, dolphin's time spent on cultivation of the minnows. The mentorship idea is something that I already did in the first week on Steemit, as I was approached by a writer who was familiar with my work outside of Steemit. This relationship helped me as well, realize that I have value beyond just a whale upvote. I have value that I can pass along to another. I think it's time to form another bond as this writer is now doing well, but he found his own voice. I didn't give that to him, he found it within....
