Making these kinds of posts will not endear you to the community. If anything it will likely turn them against you.
I had my own taste of this when I was expecting Steemit to be on the same level of Medium. It didn't happen, and people got mad at me for expressing my honest criticisms and expectations. However, I have made some mental adjustments, took a chill pill, became grateful for Dan's technology and giving me my own bank account without ever asking me to do anything in return. It's not an easy thing to go from several hundred dollar posts down to $3 ones, as is the case with many of us early adopters (although not all), but with Steemit there are no guarantees. Actually the more you expect, I think the fewer rewards you will receive. The less you expect, and the more you act on behalf of others, sometimes the more you will receive, but not always.
It's a crapshoot and we are all guinea pigs.
The sooner you realize you're a guinea pig the better off you'll be. If experimentation and getting along with others isn't your game, this probably won't be a fun game for you.

true! The bright shining stars are noticed as long as they shine for a looooooonnngggg time. Look at @papa-pepper for that example. He's got 10,000 posts and he's never complained! He's ecstatic. That's who succeeds here...
Yes :) If you do good work and help the community you will build up a following and you will succeed. The thing to understand is that helping Steemit/Steem helps us all.
Yeah he really is, sometimes I am still blown away with how much he creates everywhere. Sometimes I think he doesn't sleep!
I didn't sleep for the first 3 months I was on Steemit......well i did in 4 hour spans....
