People are simply fed up with being ripped off
The World is changing and people are simply fed up with being ripped off..!!
We are living in a World, that despite what some people may think, is bursting with creativity that simply wants to be rewarded for what it believes it is worth.
It is not rocket science to see that the green-shoots of this new explosive creativity is about to hit Social Media.
This new creativity will finally see content rewarded, rather than captured and distributed without recompense.
I apologise to those that have had to listen to me banging on about the garbage that is Facebook, but seriously, I am amazed that anyone is still using that rubbish..!!

Yea facebook is using averagely 60% of youth,which is 30% without any benefits. I Have wasted so many years posting and doing other stuff too on facebook without any gain. Thanks to steemit, the best platform ever who helped the need of people in the community.
I remembered, some of my friends use to ask me, why I didn't post again on facebook? I usually tell them, come to steemit and you will realize facebook is just a useless platform. Thanks @steephenkendal for your great work. A lot of people have been blessed by joining steemit through your campaign.

The rate at which facebook is been used actually dropped. But steemit wasn't created to wipe out facebook. Everyone have there choices. They may still decide to stay an post on facebook while some will quit and become a fulltime blogger on steemit. I believe it's all choice.
People no longer care about facebook, no use. I agree with you this is no longer the era of his facebook.

you are absolutely right on this, facebook is the common social media used by the teen and even youth compare to other media, but facebook is surely going down since it doesnt rewards hardworking nor blogger, it is just there to bring people in the same community together and interact. Whereas steemit is more than that it gave room to people all over the world to relate through various blog and material be it art work, music, sounds and video and the same time it also serves as the medium in which people can actually communicate with other without scared of racism. We are one as far as steemit is concerned, we always be of support to each other. #deletefacebook join steemit, long live steemit.
Yes sir its a garbage deleate facebook and use steemit guys where you can find real friends in steemit no more scams such as facebook.
I still have an account there if someone wants to share something with me but I haven’t been posting for almost a year now. The only things you get out of Facebook are people complaining about stuff and memes, it’s a very poor website honestly.

After joining Steem about 4 months ago I use FB less and less - I just check in every now and again because I have family on there - but id say 80 - 90% of the content is trash! selfies, holiday shots, food photos etc etc - and dont even get me started on the comments on FB they are generally tagging people or have very little thought or are just downright stupid.
It probably time I start to promote Steem to friends and family as an alternative
We need to be carefull and also need to think life is more valueable
