1: Power Goals
If you're not getting what you want in your life then it may be that your goals are too small or too vague and therefore have no power. If your goal does not excite your imagination or spark a passion within, then you need to set a large and significant power goal.
So what is a power goal?
A power goal is a vision that drives you forwards each day.
With a power goal, you are living on purpose.
With a power goal you know what you're up to in life and you know where you're heading towards.
Observe the effect your power goal has on you.
It's not what a power goal is that matters, it's what your power goal does.
2: Learn to Dribble with your other hand.
Start using your weaker hand or Play a sport in a different position than you are used to.
Remember it's not that you can't do it, but that you haven't. Understand that all you have to do is
reprogram your thinking. It is just like bouncing a ball. keep thinking optimistically one thought at a time,
and build up the number of bounces until it becomes an effective habit and skill.
3: Play your character. Always remember, how you act, is who you become. So act like the person you wish to be.
4: Don't just do something, but instead just sit there.
Find a quiet place and just sit quietly, absolutely alone, for a long
time.... all by yourself, and make sure you're completely relaxed, and without any distractions at all.
Be with yourself and you will begin to observe insights starting to appear.
Make sure you observe the relationship that you have with yourself.
Sitting in silence really allows your true dream in life to take shape & clarity.
In today's high-paced society, you're either living your dream, or you're living someone else's.

unless you give your dream the time and space it needs to express itself.
5: Do you ever acknowledge your bodies chemistry?
Have you ever noticed the new surges of motivation and energy
when you have fun?
Remember to recognise and tap into the positive changes in your body and
your mind when you laugh, sing, kiss or hug someone.
Don't go out looking for new sources of fun it's not out there!
They're already inside of you.
Once you have found a way to make any task or any job fun, you have solved the problem of self-motivation.
