What you did is wrong.
Live and see just how much.
STEEM and SP are not like Bitcoin, they lose their value over time.
STEEM loses 50% of its value each year, SP loses between 10% or a little less than 10% of its value depending on your activity, which is still worse than holding USD, which is bad.

He's taking a risk, but I disagree with you about the decline in value. The inflation has been under control for several months now and the market understands it better now. If no one is interested in STEEM, then it will decline more. But if we have droves of people waiting to sign up and get in, plus we have a currency that is instant, secure, and free for transactions, then I'd argue that this may have more utility than anything else in crypto.
well said @donkeypong
I Believe Steem to have more utility than anything else in crypto.
I think this is a process of awareness through participation....where we the steemians realize the great value and utility here....and thus become effective educators and ambassadors of the Awesomeness here.
I would not bet my money on people doing what is wrong.
It might work for another week, or less, but a currency doubling its quantity every year is not a buy, and SP interest still leaves loss of value quicker than on USD on average over time.
