3 Toed Box Get name from having 3 toes on their back feet.
Better known as a Terrapene.
Food: They are omnivores. They will pretty much eat anything in the wild.
For example Live Worms, Spiders.
They also like fruit, mushrooms, grass, meat and vegetables.
There are six different types of Box Turtles categorized by where they live.
Habitat found in the woodlands and grasslands.
Length: 5 to 7 inches in length
Topping off around 6 inches
Weight: 1-2 pounds.
Females are larger than Males.
Males usually have red eyes.
Females usually have brown eyes.
Life span live close to 100 years.
