This site seems mathematically engineered to reward and feed the powerful. As a minnow, I find this somewhat discouraging and unfair. A whale can click a button or put up any random post and they win every time. For me, I usually don't even get 10 views and my rewards are either nothing or a few pennies regardless of effort. Anyway, you got a minnow-strength upvote from me. It's the thought that counts, right?

Well, to be fair, they had to build it this way or they could've lost control of it before it was ready to float on it's own.
Crapitalism requires that level of control.
Stinc has some of the best crapitalusts going, or the money masters wouldn't have backed the platform.
At some point they have to let go of the control and let the community decide what are gems and what are not, and many of the whales have done that, but there are 10 wannabe whales to take their places.
As the gangs grow in influence the rewards for those that don't brownnose them will decrease.
At some point it will become as pointless to participate as it was pre hf17 for the people that don't play the game by the gang's rules.
As the old saying goes, "it is what it is." I guess we can either accept it and try to participate despite the flaws or tune-out. For now I will continue to post and see what comes my way. There is some quality to be found here, as your post demonstrates. Thanks for the reply and all the best!
Despite it's flaws, I am up over 5000 usd, even though my content will never trend as long as the current folks maintain their influence.
