This was actually my first time trying to interview. The podcast is way easier since I can just go with the flow of conversation.

suggestion: when readying for interview, of course make a list of questions. BUT, also, for every question, prepare an answer if (Interviewee) answers negatively OR if answers positively ... that way you are never caught off guard !!!

Great suggestion! I had questions laid out, but not answers, which def would have been useful! :)
