It says "IF you like it,upvote" etc... not those "follow4follow" crap xD

I guess I don't know how you decide who to follow, upvote and resteem :)
Its simple. If you solicit for it, then it won't be coming.
Follows, upvotes and resteems are reserved for those that publish content without having a hand out, and their quality is consistent.
