I see valuable skills/success in a kind of grind process, the longer it takes and more difficult it is to get, the more valuable as there is an attrition rate so if looking at them from a competitive standpoint, it is the ones who outwork and keep pushing the little boundaries :) Not a hard and fast rule, but I think overall, there is some truth to the grind.

I agree. You can see the psychology of the same on this platform. People who continue to grind out here on a daily basis are the ones who are rewarded the most (with the exception of the very early adopters).

The more time and energy that people put into generating quality content, the more likely they are to be rewarded for their efforts. As you stated, it's not a "hard and fast rule" in any way, but if you average out experiences over time it's definitely a trend!
