I've decided to jump off the train :/
I make this decision based on the fact that I can't possibly follow hundreds of people, and still keep up on posts I'm waiting to read from certain people. If I follow everyone on this train, my feed will become too cluttered to get work done.
I also don't think I want an over-inflated follower count. I like for my followers to be genuinely interested in what I'm posting. Having 2000 followers is useless if only 20 of them are ever going to read and engage with my posts.
This is not to say that this isn't a great idea. There are plenty of people out there who are looking to quickly boost their follower count in hopes of earning more on the platform, I'm just not sure it's the best way for me to grow.
