I had a good think about these comparisons a few weeks ago and I think the most important and easiest to explain and understand are

• market cap
• transaction fee
• block time
• mining

You can create smart contracts with Bitcoin but not in the dapp sense so I wouldn't highlight that as it could be confusing.
I would also add price and supply are a bit irrelevant (purely for high level general public comparison purposes)
