I've had bandwidth issues, especially on Monday and Tuesday mornings since I started. I was also part of the crew that got an initial delegation of 29 Steem Power, only to have that cut to 15. That messed me up for a while.
Now I have 44something and only had to wait a little while this morning (an hour) to be able to post.
I have seen a few sites that ask for you to delegate to them, but they state that you should keep at least 50 SP in your account. This is probably the minimum number for being able to post. I watched my bandwidth on Steed.com and if I had 10% more SP, I should have been fine. Surprise, surprise, that would be around 50SP!
