Today I tried transferring some SBD to my Jaxx wallet via Blocktrades. Being like an idiot without verifying my LTC depositing address I went ahead and used the one I used just couple of days ago. Needless to say, the LTC address had changed on its own. So basically I've loss all my SBDs, but fortunately it wasn't a significant amount.(maybe 3 sbd)
Why and how address got changed ? You forgot key or reset it ?
it's the deposit key, I am not sure why it changed but it did..maybe after a while it automatically changes...not sure.
a little update for ya, despite sending it to my old receiving address for LTC the funds did arrive today...it somehow figured out! lol
Crypto needs to be much easier for the average person to use. Its insane how complicated it is! I have been using it for about 4 years now and I still don't like how everything is set up. There has to be a better way like they designed STEEM with account names rather than addresses.
