i haven't used Bitshares before. Poloniex works fine for me now, but i can't say for sure coz i only use it as a trading platform and only made a small withdrawal of bitcoin once.
Haven't used Bitshares ever, but Poloniex works fine. At times of high volume, it does get glitchy tho. I wouldn't leave a lot of crypto on that account.
It does have a lot of crypto to trade.
But also check bittrex; they also have a lot of crypto (although the volume there is much less than Poloniex)

I did not experience them. I bring out immediately on the Etherium - it's convenient to buy EOS tokens
