- Giving Up On SteemIt??? -

in #steemit7 years ago

Why is it too damn hard for steemians to upvote for other people's posts? You apparently view the damn post, why not upvote it? You don't like the post? Is it selfishness? Help out those who are just starting, those guys who want to make something happen. Come on you guys, we're all here for one good freaking reason, and that's to freaking earn. Don't tell me it ain't true. 1 freaking upvote wouldn't hurt. Steemians? Community? I don't know. You tell me.

Although it can be frustrating at first, the key to success on this platform is to post worthwhile content that others will want to read, upvote, and resteem.

I can see that you joined this month and have only made 35 posts so far. If you're already giving up on your goals then this probably isn't the place for you.

If you decide to stick around, I'd recommend taking the time to interact with others on their posts, continue to grow your following, and spend some time writing well thought out posts that others will see and want to interact with.

Nothing worthwhile comes easy.

Just as @philnewton stated, getting an upvote can be quite challenging, but with time, patience and dedication on quality stuffs, you will surly get there. So don't give up yet.

Thanks for sharing this with him, it serves as a source of motivation to me also

Hi jed, please don't give up, tuloy tuloy lang. I follow you now and upvoted😄😄

Hi @tony-g. Your time here is a little over a week and you've already made more than I probably made my first month!

Why would you give up on Steemit? If the goal is to start off making the amount you see in trending, then those goals are a tad bit unrealistic. At least, not yet. @simplymike did a great job explaining how engagement is key and I won't reiterate the same things. It's important to build relationships on here. The people that stop by my blog are the ones I've built relationships with in my time on here. These are the individuals that support me and I support in return when I get the chance to blog hop.

That being said, I do like your post on photography tricks. I'll stop by there to show my support. You are welcomed to use our #newbieresteemday hashtag for future posts and since you are a newbie, we'll also try to get you some extra exposure if you spent quality time writing it.

Also, you shouldn't use the introduceyourself tag too often. I was told that steemcleaners could flag you if you overuse that tag. Just an FYI.
