So let’s say there is 40 upvotes total.
I use rng to chose number 1-40 and let’s say it’s 23
Then I look at 23 rd upvote and if they resteemed it also then they win.

I see... But I'm sorry. What is rng? Ivm not yet familliar with it. Maybe I could use it someday?

Random number generator it choses random number and then I go through upvote list and whatever number It is wins. So I got 30 votes and the number is three whoever upvoted 3 wins. See what I’m saying.
