And notify support about this bug, when I have a chance. I think it is a bug, either it is a bug because it is not automatically adjusted or it is an issue because of human failure (because it wasn't updated manually since quite some time). I'm not really a fan of "Chat-Support", it's great if you have an issue and at the same time is a developer online in the chat who has time to fix the issue for you right away or to walk you through the process of fixing the problem yourself. But if no developer or support person is online or busy when you are in the chat, it's basically a waste of time mentioning an issue there. At least that's my experience with other support chats in the past. I think for such general bugs/issues a simple support-form or support-email is ideal.
