From the beginning, Stellabelle talks about why she joined Steemit and the reason she has become an active contributor. According to her, she became a member because she was interested in redistribution of wealth through decentralised channels. So she started studying the problem of wealth hoarding in 2011. She started asking questions like, “Who are the people changing the world?” And in the process, she also studied the black swans of the world for 5 years.

According to her, you will understand cryptocurrency easily if you understand how decentralisation works. It is time for us to distribute energy around the world in a decentralised manner using the principles of Nikola Tesla because according to her, money is also a form of energy. She believes the goals of the black swans (primarily Nikola Tesla) of the past are gradually coming to pass now. Hierarchies will start dissolving, middlemen will be eliminated and the true creators of ideas like scientists, programmers, and independent thinkers will be in charge of major decisions.
The only reason it is not already happening now is because we have already been programmed to a certain way of life and it will take a while to deprogram us. But for the next paradigm shift to work, we need to become more human and relate better with each other. We have to ask ourselves what makes us human and amplify those qualities.
Steemit was founded on the principles of non-violence, when you understand this fact and the fact that money is a product of energy and your ability to relate and to help those around you, then you will make it on Steemit. If you haven’t solved any problem for those around you, then don’t expect much.
According to the video, previously, the coin change distribution was controlled by gatekeepers like publishers, who decided those who had access and would then charge a percentage but in a decentralised system, anybody can just go there and start expressing him/herself without going through any gatekeeper.
According to Stellabelle, sometimes a newbie is unfortunate because he/she has great stories to share but never get adequate reward for sharing, so she helps them by helping them post their stories through her own account under the Secret writer tag and then pays them half of what she is paid for it.
In the new economy, more emphasis is placed on having a large number of people each making enough they can live on, rather than just a few megastars that earn a fortune.
The Steemit system is designed in such a way that only hardworking and committed people get rewarded. You can disagree albeit constructively with people and get paid for it, but if you attack, troll and make fun of people, you get nothing. You must also learn to take criticisms and not take every criticism as a personal attack.
To write and post good content, you can write either from a place of fear or despair or from a place of abundance and love, you can write about the things you are passionate about. Don’t believe in the cult personality and stop comparing yourself with people so that you don’t feel bad about yourself.
Know yourself and stop listening to fear; stop being obsessed with making money, just focus on yourself and have fun while writing and you will find that the money will start coming in.
An Idea of a post that can get a lot of upvotes: make a video of yourself losing your mind and tapping into your own pain.
TRANSPOTIME21BUS VIEW OF STELLABELLE
Stellabelle is an interesting personality. Part of the few things I learnt about her in the interview is that she is a hilarious and very intelligent lady. Obviously she loves helping people and the money is not the major motivation for her, rather it is the love of helping people and getting to know them that drives her and she gets paid in the process because she does what she does so beautifully. According to her, she gets bigger rewards because she understood the communal nature of the platform from the very beginning.
The first thing she did when she joined was to create a tribe of passionate and trustworthy comrades, people who have integrity, and these comrades have saved her a lot. She aligned herself with people who respected her and would defend her if necessary. She is driven to work and be a success as a freelance writer and artist by her determination to be her own boss and remain free as far as her work environment is concerned.
According to her, she never had to struggle with ideas when she joined Steemit because she had already been creating content for a long time. She believes that helping people come up with ideas that can benefit them and others is like redistributing wealth and everyone can do it if they want to. I believe if people can imitate her mentality and drive, the world will be a better and easier place to live in.
