RE: Leaving? Steemit is not Facebook, We Don't Need a Long Drawn Explanation. Just Leave.

in #steemit8 years ago

I am not wanting people to leave either. It is just a sad attempt at getting pity out of others, and a bit of cash in the process, that they are after. The ones that truly intend to leave do so and don't say anything. They cash their accounts out, power down and leave without saying much.

It seemed like for a day or two that the "new" page was nothing but "I am leaving" articles. Boo hoo. Take care, the rest of us will continue pushing forward.

Sort:

If people decide to leave, isn't it a good to hear why? You don't have to read them if it hurts your feelings that much. Consider it as a user feedback and chill.

No hurt feelings. Just pointing out the futility in clogging the various categories with one sentence, or less, articles about hating Steemit now and they are leaving.

Thanks for, according to your comment, just reading the headline. In the article I actually ask those leaving to leave a little more feedback about why they are leaving so the rest of have a better understanding of the overall situation.

Exactly...
I agree.
