How do you make BLT Sandwich without meat?
Simple!! replace meat with Mushrooms.
Low in calories, have virtually no fat, no cholesterol, low on sodium, good source of selenium and potassium makes them a super food.
Not to mention they taste Gooooooood!!
Ingredients :
3 cups sliced Mushrooms
1.5 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Butter
1 medium size Onion (sliced)
3 gloves of chopped Garlic
Bread of your choice
Salt & Pepper
