Great post and I totally agree. I tried the bot thing for instant gratification of my time spent but in the end it's like a one-night-stand, it feels empty. I'll stick with the mode you described and try to be satisfied with appreciating and creating great content. You set a great example.

What I don't like about the one-night-stands is that I miss on the opportunity of knowing that person and this analogy applies to Steem as well. It doesn't matter if you're making $50 on posts if the amount of interaction is almost inexistent.
