Some wonder why ...

  • do not many people build muscle despite their harsh strength training? -
are some people much more susceptible to infections than others?
-re some lean, even though they are eating lots while others are fast on fat?
  • do some athletes regenerate faster after an intense workout than others?

Certainly there are several possible answers to each of these questions.

But if a core element is missing in your body, then that can quickly have consequences:

  1. You lose muscle fast.
  2. You'll get sick quickly
  3. Use fat more easily
  4. You regenerate slower
  5. Your mood swings to the point of depression
  6. You sleep restlessly
  7. Do your cancer risk increases

If you deliver this core component regularly and in sufficient quantity, then you lay the foundation for a powerful, fit body - not only in sports.

I'm talking about ...

Protein. Amino acids.

Protein is the building material in our body. Protein is more than just mass for building muscle.

Did you know that ...

  • protein stimulates muscle turnover and makes muscles grow?
  • the timing of protein intake is important if you want to build muscle or lose weight?
  • protein the secret is much more effective, is it domestic long enough to make you happy hormones can only be produced if protein is not present? -
depression protein deficiency as a cause?
  • protein not only increase mood, but also awareness and memory?
  • even Top Manager served to activate protein?
  • proteins protect your radicals and damage the cancer risk says
  • protein is the building block for your immune cells?
  • proteins are essential for a quick recovery after exercise?
