You have set your VP limit very high, that might be the reason. I can´t see that your voting power have been 100% it have just hit 95% witch are you limit, so it should use your votes soon.

Hi again, I just found a bug i our system. That could course what you describe regarding the account not being used if it have a VP = 100%
